Wow...
it's been a long time since I last blogged...
cos I've been soooooo busy lately...
work...
school...
CCA...

Work finally ended...
the pay sucks...
the work was boring...
nothing to do...
that is all I felt about the job...

School...
Nanyang JC...
my new school...
for the time being...
until my O level results comes out...
If my O level results allows me to...
I will continue in NYJC...
but if not...
I will consider going to poly...
Orientation was over...
and it was very very fun...
I can say that it is the best I've been to...
now for lessons already...

For my CCA...
I have already left for a long time already...
okay, not quite a long time...
but at least many things changed ever since I've gone...
and I am quite pleases to HEAR that they had improved...
and I am going to see it tomorrow!!!
So far, me and the alumni might be going to plan to change more of the company's structure...
cos we felt that everything is going quite wrong...
not the way it should be...

All these while...
we uniform group people are told that we have leadership skills...
but what I see is that we have misinterpreted the word leadership...
leadership is NOT to be an amplifier...
sort of leading people when officers give you tasks...

It is to take intiative to plan things...
to organise things...
where the officers just sit and relax and arrange to slot in the activities they want inside of the schedule...

Leading is not only going out front to ask everyone to do things...
to stand out in the crowd...
using a sort of LOUD VOICE to get people's attention...
making sure they do the things you ask them to do...
with a thick thick skin...
But also making sure things go well accordingly...
taking charge of things...
having initiative...

Sad to say...
not many people can be real leaders...
not many people can be groomed into leaders...
although many go through the process of learning how to lead...

It is not the theory...
it is the practical work...
putting out your real skils in the field...

Although I might be saying all these...
I only know of the theory part...
not the real practical part...
as I myself know...
I am never meant to lead...
I am only meant to follow...
