Woohoo! NAPHA is finally over!

Hahaz! =)

Today was quite good, cos I deproved for 2 stations and improved for 4 stations!

But...

The grade is still the same... ARGH!

For the stations that I've deproved...
Sit-and-reach: 51cm --> 49cm
Shuttle run: 9.3s --> 9.6s

For the stations that I've improved...
2.4km: 12.20 --> 11.17 (I guess that is what you get after moving chairs for one year...)
Standing broad jump: 258cm --> 265cm
Sit-ups: 59 --> 62
Pull-ups: 15 --> 18 (That teacher purposely dun wanna count the rest lor... cos my chin nvr did go past the bar...)

Yups, but in the end, I still did not fufil the goal that I've set for myself last year, which was to get full marks for NAPHA, or at least a 29 pt...

But it was quite nice to know that I've at least improved, but the GRADE! Argh! Shucks... I think I'm gonna train, train and train! (Though abit no point cos NAPHA over le...)

But at least my class got to see Mr Foo in action doing pull-ups! He could actually do 5 pull-ups before actually giving up! He totally rocks man!

Then went for maths remedial then went home to ZZZZZZZZ...

Then went to play badminton with my youngest brother (I finally got a chance to go for sports with them...)

THen it was EARTH HOUR! (Or earth day? I really dun get the correct name...)

Switching off the lights was fun (I actually wanted to study, but errr, my siblings and I played 'find the lightstick' game for one whole hour!)

Yups, and it was quite relaxing for today and jia you Dragon boat for the finals 2moro! You guys totally rock! =)

P.S. Can anyone tell me if 'deproved' is a right english word? If not, then what is the correct one? Thanks alot! =D
